Celeste has been a clinical psychologist since 2007 and has worked in public, not-for-profit and private settings as a therapist, senior clinician and supervisor. She is passionate about developing authentic working relationships with her clients where they can feel safe and empowered.
Celeste has a warm, accepting and nurturing therapeutic style. She values inclusivity and warmly welcomes clients of any cultural background, gender identity, sexual orientation and body size/ability. Celeste’s background is in youth mental health, working with 15-25 year olds, however she now enjoys working with adolescents and adults across all age ranges.
Celeste is an experienced clinical psychologist who enjoys offering treatment for a range of mental health difficulties including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. She also has an interest in trauma focused therapy and has more recently started offering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Celeste draws upon her training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy and mindfulness based approaches to create collaborative treatment plans with clients that address both the symptoms they are struggling with and the underlying patterns that drive these symptoms. Celeste can support individuals to develop new skills for managing difficult feelings, solving problems and managing relationships.
